• How do I install the OSNtv app on Samsung TV?
  Installing the OSNtv app on your Samsung TV is simple and takes just a few steps:
   

  1. Install the App:
     • Go to the App Store and search for the OSNtv app.
     • Once you find the app, click the Install button to download it.
  2. Complete the Signup Process:
     • After installation, open the app to start the signup process.
     • You can either scan the QR code displayed on your TV screen or visit osn.com/tv in your browser.
  3. Enter the 10-Digit TV Key Code:
     • On the page that opens, enter the 10-digit TV key code displayed on your TV screen.
  4. Complete Your Subscription:
     • After entering the code and clicking Continue, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address.
     • Once your subscription is complete, you’ll be all set to access the OSN TVkey app on your Samsung TV.
• How do I login the OSNtv app on Samsung TV?
  You can easily log in to the OSNtv app using your credentials. Simply click on the Login button, and you'll have the option to log in using either the QR Code or through your TV.
   
  Option 1: Log in Using QR Code:

  1. Scan the QR Code: Scan the QR code displayed on your TV screen using your mobile device. This will redirect you to osn.com.
  2. Enter the 10-Digit Code: On the redirected page, enter the 10-digit code shown on your TV screen, then click Continue.
  3. Verify Your Email: After clicking Continue, you will be prompted to verify your email. Once this is done, you’ll be all set to use your Samsung TV key app.

   
  Important Notes:

  • If you’re already connected to a different Samsung TV using the same email ID, you can continue watching OSNtv on that TV for 30 days.
  • After 30 days, you can unlink the old TV and link your account to the new one.

   
  Subscription Expiry:

  • If your subscription has expired, you will need to log in to the myOSNtv app to renew your subscription.

   
  Option 2: Log in Using Your Remote:

  1. Select the Remote Login option and enter your email ID.
  2. You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your email.
  3. Enter the correct OTP, and you’ll be logged in to the app, allowing you to continue exploring the OSNtv content.

   
  Important Notes: If your account is already linked to a different Samsung TV with the same email, you can continue watching OSNtv on the existing TV for 30 days. After 30 days, you can unlink the old TV and link your account to the new one.
